Zuccardi Fósil Chardonnay is a remarkable white wine from the leading Argentinian winery Zuccardi. This Chardonnay wine comes from a vineyard in the Paraje Estancia in the San Pablo IG, at an altitude of 1400 meters, and only 300 meters from the beginning of the Cordillera.

Fósil is a local wine. Born from the unrepeatable combination of a cold climate, calcareous soils and the Andean breeze of one of the highest areas of the Uco Valley.

In the glass, Zuccardi Fósil Chardonnay presents itself with a bright, golden color that reflects the vibrancy of the wine. The bouquet is expressive and inviting, with aromas of ripe tropical fruits such as pineapple, peach and mango, accompanied by subtle notes of citrus, vanilla and toasted oak.

On the tongue, this Chardonnay reveals a full body with a silky texture and a lively acidity that are perfectly balanced. Flavor notes of pears, yellow apples and ripe peaches are beautifully accentuated by complex layers of vanilla, buttery brioche and a subtle mineral character.
