Oriol Rossell is a small winery located in the Penedès region of Catalonia, Spain. The winery was founded by winemaker Oriol Rossell in 2010, with the goal of producing high-quality wines that express the unique character of the Penedès terroir.

The winery owns 15 hectares of vineyards, which are planted with a variety of grape varietals, including Xarel·lo, Macabeu, and Parellada for white wines, and Tempranillo, Garnacha, and Cabernet Sauvignon for red wines. The vineyards are situated at an altitude of 300-400 meters and are planted on soils that are rich in limestone and other minerals.

Oriol Rossell produces a range of wines, including their flagship wine, the Oriol Rossell Brut Nature Reserva. This wine is made from a blend of Xarel·lo, Macabeu, and Parellada grapes and is aged in bottle for a minimum of 24 months. The wine is known for its delicate aromas of white flowers and citrus, as well as its dry, crisp, and refreshing palate.

In addition to their Brut Nature Reserva, Oriol Rossell also produces a range of other wines, including the Oriol Rossell Xarel·lo, a white wine made from 100% Xarel·lo grapes, and the Oriol Rossell Tinto, a red wine made from a blend of Tempranillo, Garnacha, and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. These wines are all made using traditional winemaking methods and are carefully crafted to express the unique characteristics of the Penedès terroir.

Oriol Rossell is committed to sustainable winemaking practices and has implemented a number of initiatives to reduce their environmental impact, including the use of organic farming practices and the installation of solar panels to generate renewable energy.
