Stark-Condé Wines is a South African winery located in Jonkershoek Valley, Stellenbosch. The winery was established in 1998 by winemaker José Condé and his wife, viticulturist Mary-Louise Stark. Stark-Condé Wines is known for producing premium quality wines that showcase the unique terroir of the Jonkershoek Valley.

The winery's vineyards are located on the slopes of the Jonkershoek Mountains, which provide an ideal environment for growing premium quality grapes. The vineyards are planted with a range of grape varieties, including Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Franc.

Stark-Condé Wines produces a range of red, white, and rosé wines, including the Three Pines Cabernet Sauvignon, the Stellenbosch Syrah, and the Postcard from Stellenbosch, a blend of Chenin Blanc and Viognier. The winery also produces a range of limited edition wines, including the CWG Auction Reserve Syrah and the CWG Auction Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon.
