Le Colture

Le Colture is a winery located in the Veneto region of Italy, specifically in the heart of the Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG area. The winery is family-owned and has been producing wines since 1500.

Le Colture produces a range of wines including Prosecco Superiore, Cartizze, and Valdobbiadene DOCG, as well as some still wines made from indigenous grape varieties. The winery follows sustainable agricultural practices, including manual harvests and the use of organic fertilizers.

Le Colture's Prosecco Superiore DOCG wines are characterized by their delicate bubbles, aromas of fruit and flowers, and crisp acidity. Their Cartizze wines, made from the best grapes of the highest vineyards, are more complex with a creamy texture and intense fruity aromas.

The winery's still wines, made from local grape varieties such as Glera, Bianchetta, and Verdiso, are also highly regarded for their quality and are aged in oak barrels to develop complexity and depth of flavor.
