Allegrini

Allegrini Winery is one of the most prestigious and respected wine producers in Italy, located in the heart of the Valpolicella region in Veneto. With a history dating back to the 16th century, Allegrini is a family business that has played an important role in the region's viticulture for generations. The Allegrini family has always been committed to quality, innovation and the preservation of traditional winemaking techniques, resulting in wines of exceptional class and character.

The Allegrini estate covers approximately 100 hectares of vineyards, mainly located in the hilly areas of Fumane, Sant'Ambrogio and San Pietro in Cariano. This region is famous for its ideal climate and soil composition, which are perfect for growing indigenous grape varieties such as Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara. Allegrini's vineyards are carefully managed with a focus on sustainability and respect for the environment, which contributes to the high quality of their grapes.

One of Allegrini's most iconic wines is the Amarone della Valpolicella, a powerful and concentrated red wine made using the traditional appassimento method. The grapes are dried for several months before being pressed, resulting in an intensely rich and complex wine with deep flavors of ripe fruit, spices and chocolate. Other notable wines from the house include the Valpolicella Classico, a lighter and fruitier red wine, and La Grola, a blend that perfectly captures the elegance and finesse of the region.

In addition to their classic wines, Allegrini is also known for their innovative approach. They have integrated modern techniques and technologies into their winemaking process, while at the same time staying true to their heritage and traditions. This combination of innovation and tradition has helped them to maintain a leading position in the international wine world.
