Tenuta di Sesta is a winery located in Montalcino, Tuscany, Italy, known for producing high-quality Brunello di Montalcino wines. The winery was founded in the late 19th century by Count Francesco Cinzano and has since been passed down through several generations of the family. Today, the winery is run by the current Count Cinzano and his family, who have invested heavily in modernizing the winery's equipment and technology.

The estate is situated in the southern part of the Montalcino appellation, with vineyards covering a total of 44 hectares. The vineyards are planted primarily with Sangiovese grapes, which are used to produce Tenuta di Sesta's flagship wine, Brunello di Montalcino. The winery also produces a Rosso di Montalcino and a few white wines, including a Vermentino.

Tenuta di Sesta practices sustainable viticulture and strives to minimize its environmental impact. The winery uses solar panels to generate electricity, and the estate's vineyards are managed using organic and biodynamic principles.
