Sono Montenidoli is an Italian winery located in the heart of Tuscany, in the province of Siena. The winery is owned by Sergio Muratori and Elisabetta Fagiuoli, who are committed to producing organic and biodynamic wines that express the terroir of the region. The estate comprises 33 hectares of vineyards, which are planted with traditional Tuscan grape varieties such as Vernaccia di San Gimignano, Sangiovese, Canaiolo, and Colorino.
Sono Montenidoli's flagship wine is the Vernaccia di San Gimignano, a white wine made from the Vernaccia grape variety, which is unique to the San Gimignano region. The wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve the natural freshness and minerality of the grape. Sono Montenidoli also produces red wines such as the Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG, which is made from a blend of Sangiovese, Canaiolo, and Colorino grapes, and the Rosso Toscano IGT, which is made from Sangiovese grapes. The winery also produces a range of dessert wines and grappas.
