Kellerei Kaltern is a winery located in the town of Caldaro, in the Alto Adige/Südtirol region of Italy. The winery was founded in 1906 by a group of winegrowers who joined together to create a cooperative, with the goal of producing high-quality wines that would represent the terroir and unique character of their region.
Today, Kellerei Kaltern is still a cooperative, made up of over 400 members who cultivate vineyards in the area around Lake Caldaro. The winery's vineyards are situated at altitudes ranging from 200 to 700 meters above sea level, and benefit from a favorable microclimate that is influenced by the nearby lake and the surrounding mountains.

Some of the most notable wines from Kellerei Kaltern include the white wine Kalterersee Classico Superiore, made from the Schiava grape, and the red wine Lagrein Riserva, made from the Lagrein grape.
