Weingut Eymann is a family-owned winery located in the German wine region of the Palatinate (Pfalz). The winery is run by the Eymann family, who have been involved in wine production since the 1600s. Today, they focus on producing high-quality wines that reflect the unique terroir of the Palatinate.

The winery cultivates a total of 20 hectares of vineyards, which are divided into different plots across the region. The Eymanns are committed to sustainable farming practices, and their vineyards are certified organic and biodynamic.

The winery produces a wide range of wines, including Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir. They also produce a number of unique blends, such as their "Kalkstein" blend, which combines Riesling, Pinot Blanc, and Chardonnay.

In addition to their still wines, Weingut Eymann also produces sparkling wines using the traditional method. They age their sparkling wines on the lees for a minimum of 15 months to develop their unique flavor profile.
