Champault

Domaine Roger Champault

Domaine Roger Champault is a wine estate in the French Champagne region, located in the village of Cramant. The domain was founded in 1920 by Roger Champault and is now run by Laurent and Claude Champault.

Domaine Roger Champault is a small domain with only 8 hectares of vineyards. The vineyards are located in the Grand Cru municipalities of Cramant, Chouilly and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. These communes are known for their calcareous soils, which are ideal for the cultivation of Chardonnay, the grape used to make Champagne.

The Champault brothers produce pure Sauvignon wines with lots of fruit, fresh acidity and a striking minerality. The wines are perfectly balanced.
