Domaine de la Pinte

Domaine de la Pinte is an organic and biodynamic winery located in the Jura region of eastern France. The estate has a long history, with vines being planted there for over 500 years. The current owners, Bruno Ciofi and his wife, who acquired the property in 1999, have revitalized the winery and vineyards with a focus on natural winemaking.

The vineyards at Domaine de la Pinte are planted with a variety of grapes, including Savagnin, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Trousseau, and Poulsard. The winery produces a range of wines, including Vin Jaune, a traditional Jura wine made from Savagnin grapes, as well as other whites, reds, and rosés.

Domaine de la Pinte is committed to organic and biodynamic farming practices, with a focus on biodiversity and preserving the natural ecosystem. The winery uses only natural yeasts in its winemaking process and avoids the use of additives and fining agents, resulting in wines that are expressive of the terroir and the vintage.
