Domaine Mark Morey

Respect for the terroir is the keyword of the domain. The vines are pruned for optimum yields. The soil is worked all year round. For several years now, the estate has been located in Chassagne Montrachet near Beaune in the Côte-d'Or department.

Respect for the environment is an important element to take into account. The vinifications are flexible, adapted to each vintage, aging on lees lasts 10 months for whites and 15 months for reds with 25 to 30% new barrels to allow better expression of the terroirs. The filtration is gentle and depends on the clarity of the wines. These wines possess finesse, freshness and minerality.
