Domaine Fanny Sabre

Fanny Sabre is a winemaker based in the Burgundy wine region of France. She comes from a family with a long history of winemaking and began making wine under her own label in 2003.

Fanny Sabre's winemaking philosophy is based on respecting the terroir and the grapes, and she believes that the wine should express the character of the vineyard and the vintage. She practices organic farming and works with minimal intervention in the winemaking process, allowing the grapes to ferment naturally and using only small amounts of sulfur dioxide to preserve the wine.

Fanny Sabre produces a range of wines, including white wines made from Chardonnay and Aligoté grapes, as well as red wines made from Pinot Noir. Her wines are known for their purity, finesse, and elegance, and have earned her a reputation as one of the rising stars of Burgundy winemaking.

Fanny Sabre's wines are highly sought after and are often difficult to find outside of France. Her winery is located in the village of Pommard, in the heart of the Cote de Beaune subregion of Burgundy.
