Domaine Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey is a leading winery in Burgundy, founded by Pierre-Yves Colin in 2001. After working for the family business, Domaine Marc Colin, for over a decade, he decided to go his own way. The estate is located in Chassagne-Montrachet and is known for producing some of the finest white wines of the Côte de Beaune, focusing on appellations such as Saint-Aubin, Chassagne-Montrachet, and Puligny-Montrachet.

Pierre-Yves is known for his minimalist winemaking style: no filtration, minimal intervention, and the use of larger oak barrels to limit the influence of wood on the wines.
