Domaine Dominique Cornin

Dominique Cornin is a wine estate located in the Mâconnais region of Burgundy, France. The estate has been run by the Cornin family for several generations and is currently managed by brothers Dominique and Romain Cornin.

The estate has around 16 hectares (40 acres) of vineyards, planted primarily with the Chardonnay grape variety. The vineyards are farmed using sustainable practices, with a focus on preserving the health of the soil and the natural environment.

The winemaking at Dominique Cornin is based on traditional techniques, with a focus on expressing the unique terroir of the Mâconnais region. The grapes are carefully sorted before being gently pressed, and the juice is then fermented in oak barrels using natural yeasts. The wines are aged in oak barrels for up to 18 months before being bottled.

The wines of Dominique Cornin are known for their purity, elegance, and expression of terroir. The estate produces a range of white wines, including Mâcon, Pouilly-Fuissé, and Saint-Véran, as well as a small amount of red wine from the Gamay grape variety. The wines have been recognized with numerous awards and high ratings from wine critics and publications around the world.
