Domaine d'Ardhuy

Domaine d'Ardhuy is a renowned winery in Burgundy, located on the border between the Côte de Beaune and the Côte de Nuits. The family business has been in the hands of the d'Ardhuy family since 1947, driven by a passion for the terroir and the production of wines of the highest quality.

The domain has vineyards in several prestigious appellations, including Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet, Gevrey-Chambertin, Vosne-Romanée and Nuits-Saint-Georges. The vineyards benefit from a unique terroir with calcareous soils that provide the grapes with essential minerals, resulting in wines with finesse and elegance.

Domaine d'Ardhuy specializes in both white and red wines, made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. The white wines are known for their mineral freshness, while the red wines combine power and finesse with a velvety texture.

The grapes are harvested by hand at the optimal moment of ripeness. The white wines are gently pressed and fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks or wooden barrels. The red wines undergo traditional fermentation with long maceration to develop color and tannins. After fermentation, the wines mature in oak barrels from the best French forests.
