Williams & Humbert Don Zoilo Oloroso 15 Años has intense aromas typical of this type of sherry combined with hints of dried nuts and fruit. In the mouth this wine is dry, lush and rich with soft tannins and a long finish.
This sherry matures for at least 15 years by oxidation in oak barrels. A unique dry oloroso.
Delicious as an aperitif with mature cheese, with red meat dishes and as a digestive.
Williams & Humbert Don Zoilo Oloroso 15 Años is a delicious sherry from the Andalusia region of Spain. This sherry is made from Palomino grapes by Bodegas Williams & Humbert.
Recommended serving temperature between 14°C and 16°C.
Bodegas Williams & Humbert was founded in 1877 by Sir Alexander Williams, a great admirer and connoisseur of sherry products, and Arthur Humbert, a specialist in international relations. Since then they have kept some of the original wines and brandies (soleras) in high quality oak barrels. These Soleras form the basis of the development and aging of every sherry and cognac produced at Bodegas Williams & Humbert.
They were the first to launch an organic Vintage Fino made from 100% organically grown Palomino grapes. To fortify this wine, organic alcohol is used. This project is in the hands of winemaker Paola Medina. She holds a degree in chemistry plus a master's degree in viticulture and winemaking from the universities of Cadiz and Madrid.
