Penley Estate Mythology

Penley Estate Mythology is a premium wine produced by the Penley Estate winery located in Coonawarra, a region in South Australia known for its terra rossa soil and cool climate. The wine is a blend of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Merlot, sourced from select vineyard sites within the region.

The grapes are carefully selected and handpicked, then fermented in small open-top fermenters. The wine is aged in a combination of new and seasoned French oak barrels for 18 months before being bottled and further aged in the cellar.
