Penley Estate Heritage

Penley Estate Heritage wine is a premium red blend produced by the Penley Estate winery, located in the Coonawarra wine region of South Australia. The wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, and Merlot, and is aged in French oak barrels for up to 15 months before bottling.

The nose of Penley Estate Heritage wine is dominated by ripe black fruits such as blackcurrant, plum, and blackberry, along with subtle notes of vanilla and spice from the oak aging. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and rich, with flavors of dark fruit, chocolate, and coffee. The tannins are firm and well-structured, providing a long and satisfying finish.

Penley Estate Heritage wine is considered one of the flagship wines of the Penley Estate winery and has received numerous awards and accolades, including a gold medal at the 2020 Decanter World Wine Awards.
