Each harvest means a new beginning for Vignoble des 2 Lunes. Special attention is paid to the vines. They harvest manually and make a careful selection of only the best grapes from each bunch. The perfectly ripe grapes provide an excellent blueprint for their typicality. The wines are never drunk very young, all wines remain in the barrel for 12 months to evolve before leaving the cellar.
