Vergel Tinto Seleccion

Vergel Tinto Seleccion has an intense deep red color with a violet edge. In the nose aromas of black fruit with a hint of spices, black olives and hints of cocoa. On the palate, the tannins are soft and flavoursome, a perfect combination between nuances of fresh fruit and notes of roasted coffee, with a mild and balanced finish that shows a great personality.

Vergel Selección is an elegant and modern organic wine made from a blend of three grape varieties: Monastrell, Syrah and Merlot. The Monastrell en Merlot grapes are traditionally vinified separately to strengthen the structure of the wine and give it a longer lasting character. Later, the monastrell wine is aged for 12 months in selected French oak barrels of medium toast, which gives the wine complexity without diminishing the fruitiness. The selected bunches of Syrah grapes undergo a carbonic maceration process in stainless steel tanks to obtain a wine that is even more aromatic with more floral notes and a very vibrant color.

The result is a complex and pleasant wine with concentrated aromas and nuances that are sure to seduce the senses and delight the soul.
