Ventisquero Tara Premium Viognier is a high-quality white wine from the renowned winery Bodegas Ventisquero in Chile. This wine is made from the Viognier grape variety, known for its aromatic and opulent character.

The Ventisquero Tara Premium Viognier has a distinct and seductive aroma with notes of ripe peach, apricot and flowers such as violets and jasmine. Subtle spicy and clove-like notes are also present, which contribute to the complexity of the wine. The wine is golden yellow in color with a slight haze of cloudiness. In the mouth the wine slowly develops and then unfolds one by one especially all its facets. What is particularly striking is the minerality and the clear salty character. A unique wine with its own personality.

Tara is a very special project, especially from Felipe Tosso, the chief winemaker of Ventisquero. Two small vineyards were planted on the southern edge of the Atacama desert, the driest area on earth: the 3.66 ha Nicolasa Vineyard in 2010 and the nearly 10 ha Loncomilla Vineyard.

The Tara wines are jewels, made by hand in small quantities. Unclarified and unfiltered and the pinnacle of purity.
