Valtea Albariño Cuveé Especial
Valtea Albariño Cuveé Especial is straw yellow in color with golden glints. Complex aromas of apricot, pear and pineapple in combination with white flowers. Full, creamy and strong in taste.
The Albariño vineyards are located in the valleys of the Miño. Bodegas Valtea is located in an area with a special microclimate that allows the grapes to reach the ripeness necessary for the production of excellent wines. For this Cuvée Especial, 14 hectares of vineyards have been planted on a gently sloping hill that faces south. A situation that allows to obtain wines with aromas of ripe fruit and good acidity.
In the Valtea Selección Especial, the skins are soaked with the must for alcoholic fermentation. This wine is made with specially selected yeasts.
Wine - Food pairing
A good accompaniment to dishes with lobster or langoustines, paella, stuffed squid with ratatouille, scallops with butter sauce and firm white fish such as monkfish or turbot.
