The grapes for the Telmo Rodriguez "El Transistor" are picked by hand at the optimal moment of ripeness. After destemming and gentle pressing, the must undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with temperature control to preserve the freshness and aromas of the wine. The wine is then aged on the lees for 4 months to obtain additional complexity.
