It is an assembly of several plots. The terroir is composed of limestone and white marl. The age of the vines is between 35 and 40 years. The grapes are harvested by hand relatively late in the season, after which the grapes are gently pressed with a pneumatic press. The grape juice is poured overnight into oak barrels that consist of 30% new barrels. After 9 months, the wine is lightly filtered and then bottled using gravity alone. Store Potential: 8 to 10 years.
