St. Pieter Bulles de Bonheur Brut

St. Pieter Bulles de Bonheur Brut is a sparkling wine, or sparkling wine, made by Wijngaard St. Pieter in Maastricht. This Dutch bubble is a blend of three classic grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc. Made according to the Méthode Traditionnelle, or the traditional method for champagne, this wine guarantees quality and refinement.

Pour the Bulles de Bonheur Brut into a flute glass and enjoy the clear, light yellow color with fine bubbles that rise to the surface. The bubbles form a beautiful mousse, which indicates a careful production process.

The scent of the Bulles de Bonheur Brut is festive and inviting. You will recognize aromas of red fruit such as red apple and raspberry, supplemented by notes of citrus such as grapefruit and lemon. In addition, there are hints of yeast and brioche, characteristic of the second fermentation in the bottle according to the Méthode Traditionnelle.

On the tongue, the Bulles de Bonheur Brut is dry (brut) and has a medium body. The fruity notes from the scent are reflected in the taste, beautifully balanced with a lively acidity. The fine bubbles provide a pleasant sensation on the tongue, which contributes to the festive sensation. The aftertaste is fresh and elegant.
