Sena

Seña is an iconic Chilean wine that is praised worldwide for its quality and elegance. It is a Bordeaux-style blend, based mainly on Cabernet Sauvignon, complemented by grapes such as Carmenère, Merlot, Malbec and Petit Verdot. Seña is made in the Aconcagua Valley, where the combination of the Andes and the Pacific Ocean provides an ideal growing climate. The wine is produced according to organic and biodynamic principles, which emphasizes the natural expression of the terroir.

Seña has a deep ruby red color and a complex bouquet of ripe berries, cassis, plums and spices, with subtle notes of tobacco, cedar and graphite. On the palate, the wine offers a perfect balance between power and finesse, with silky tannins and a long, elegant finish. Seña has excellent ageing potential and develops beautifully in the bottle, with increasing complexity and depth as it ages.

Wine - Food pairing

Seña is a perfect partner for rich meat dishes, such as roasted leg of lamb, ribeye steak or game dishes such as venison or deer. The spiciness of the wine also combines beautifully with grilled vegetables, mushroom risotto or dishes with a truffle sauce. A selection of matured cheeses, such as an old Comté or a mature Manchego, also go very well with this wine.
