Santa Cruz Cueva del Chamán Garnacha Tintorera has a bright intense red-purple color. An aromatic wine with notes of strawberry yoghurt, raspberry and a banana background typical of the maceracion carbonique method applied here. In the taste we taste ripe red fruit and this wine is elegant and balanced. The finish is of medium intensity which makes it easy to drink with a strong fruity character.
The vinification is carried out by applying maceration carbonique to obtain a young wine with a very good aromatic intensity and made to drink now. It is fermented at 28°C with a whole grape contact time of 8-9 days. Then the fermentation is completed in concrete tanks with a controlled temperature of 20 ° C. After the malolactic fermentation, the assembly is made.
