Salentein Single Vineyard La Pampa San Pablo Malbec has aromas of blueberry, currant, floral, spicy and notes of balsamic. A beautiful single vineyard wine that lets you experience the true character of the Malbec grape. A sturdy body with a fine tannin structure, a very deserving table guest, its aftertaste offers you the opportunity to dine for a long time.
The grapes for this single vineyard wine come from the 'La Pampa Estate' at an altitude of approximately 1350 meters. A unique terroir with a very beneficial effect on the Malbec grape. The nights are cold, because of the airflow that flows down from the mountain, which stimulates the grape to develop a wide range of aromas.
The grapes from the vineyard of 'La Pampa' ferment in a special way in a large oak barrel. Special and delicate aromas are thus given the chance to come to fruition. After all the sugars have fermented, the wine is transferred to smaller barrels, where further aging takes place.
