Castello Vicchiomaggio Ripa delle Mandorle Rosso

Castello Vicchiomaggio Ripa delle Mandorle Rosso is a refined red wine that originates in the hills of Tuscany, Italy. Made from a blend of Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, this wine embodies the best of both varieties and weaves them together into a harmonious whole. When poured, the wine presents itself in a deep ruby red color, which already suggests the rich concentration of flavors.

Approaching the glass, the nose is welcomed with a bouquet of ripe berries, cherries and a touch of spiciness, typical of Sangiovese, while the Cabernet Sauvignon contributes notes of blackcurrant, cassis and a subtle hint of oak. On the palate the wine reveals a balanced structure, with soft tannins embracing the fruity core and creating a silky texture. The palate is pampered with a complex mix of red and black fruit notes, complemented by hints of vanilla and spices, leading to a long, elegant finish.

The Castello Vicchiomaggio Ripa delle Mandorle Rosso is a wine that invites contemplation and enjoyment. Perfectly suited to be served with hearty pasta dishes, grilled red meats or mature cheeses, this wine offers an authentic expression of the Tuscan terroir, packaged in a bottle ready to be uncorked and enjoyed.
