Penley Estate EOS Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon has a full and powerful taste without being too heavy. The wine is driven by silky creamy tannins and integrated French oak. A wine with excellent concentration and a long finish. Notes of toasted French oak add complexity to flavors of dark chocolate and stewed cherries. It's incredibly lively and can be drunk now, but will richly reward those who have the patience to let it sit for a few years.

Penley Estate is an Australian winery based in Coonawarra, a renowned wine region in South Australia. The winery was founded by Kym Tolley, a member of a family with a long history in viticulture, in 1988.
