Pellegrino Rinazzo Syrah has a garnet red color. In the nose scents of roses and pomegranate and blackberries, with hints of black pepper. In the mouth, the wine gives a wonderfully soft and round mouthfeel with spicy notes of cloves and rosemary. Delicate notes of cherries and plums complete the wine.
The vineyards of the Rinazzo Syrah are located in a desert-like environment where it is very dry and where there are large temperature differences between day and night. The grapes are harvested at the end of August/beginning of September. The vinification takes place under strict temperature control in stainless steel tanks to preserve the maximum amount of fruit in the wine. After vinification, the wine undergoes an aging of 12 months in stainless steel tanks and then 12 months in oak barrels.
