Pellegrino Superiore Garibaldi is an Italian fortified wine that is made in the area of ​​Marsala in the western part of Sicily. This wine was “discovered” in 1773 by the English traveling salesman John Woodhouse. The wine is made from white and/or blue grapes. Main grape varieties are: Grillo, Catarrato, Inzolia, Damaschino, Pignatello and Nero d'Avola. Marsala has three groups of color shades. Oro (golden yellow), Ambra (brown/amber) and Rubino (ruby red). The flavors range from secco (dry), demi-secco (semi-dry) to dolce (sweet).

Recommended serving temperature between 8°C and 10°C.
