Nadal Prosecco Extra Dry is a sparkling wine from the Italian family business Nadal Grandi Vini, located in the Piave Valley in Northern Italy. Made from 100% Glera grapes, this wine thrives in the mild climate and calcareous soils of the region. The designation "Extra Dry" indicates that the wine has a slightly lower residual sugar content than the Brut variant, resulting in a drier and fresher taste.

The grapes for the Nadal Prosecco Extra Dry are carefully selected and picked by hand at the optimal moment of ripeness. After destemming and gentle pressing, the must undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks according to the Charmat method. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle, which ensures the characteristic bubbles and finesse of the wine.

Nadal Prosecco Extra Dry has a straw yellow color with green hues. The nose shows aromas of white fruit, citrus, peach, apple, acacia flowers, honey and brioche. The taste is fresh, elegant and well balanced with fine bubbles, fresh acidity, white fruit, citrus, minerals and a long, dry aftertaste.
