Nadal Pinot Nero
Nadal Pinot Nero, also known as Pinot Noir, is a red wine from the Italian family business Nadal Grandi Vini, located in the Piave Valley in northern Italy. Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, this wine thrives in the mild climate and calcareous soils of the region.
The grapes for the Nadal Pinot Nero are carefully selected and picked by hand at the optimal moment of ripeness. After destemming and gentle pressing, the must undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with a maceration period of 10 to 15 days to develop the color, tannins and structure of the wine. The wine then matures for 6 to 12 months in wooden barrels, which provides extra complexity, finesse and roundness.
Nadal Pinot Nero has a bright ruby red color with garnet nuances. The nose shows aromas of red fruit, cherries, raspberries, strawberries, rose petals, leather, tobacco and spices. The taste is elegant, silky soft and well balanced with ripe tannins, fresh acids, red fruit, plums, cherry, vanilla and a long, complex aftertaste.

This Pinot Noir is perfect to serve with light red meat dishes, game, poultry, pasta with mushrooms, aged cheeses and grilled meat.
