The grapes for the Nadal Pinot Grigio are carefully selected and hand-picked at the optimal moment of ripeness. After destemming and gentle pressing, the must undergoes cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve its fresh aromas and fruity character.
Nadal Pinot Grigio is a fresh, elegant wine with a light yellow color. The nose shows aromas of white fruit, citrus, peach and floral hints. The taste is dry, mineral and well balanced with a fresh taste and a long, pleasant aftertaste.
