Nadal Chardonnay
The Nadal Chardonnay is a white wine from the Italian family business Nadal Grandi Vini, located in the Piave Valley in Northern Italy. Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, this wine thrives in the region's mild climate and mineral-rich soils.
The grapes for the Nadal Chardonnay are carefully selected and picked by hand at the optimal moment of ripeness. After destemming and gentle pressing, the must undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks, partly with cold maceration, to preserve the fresh aromas and the complex character of the wine. Part of the wine then matures in wooden barrels, which provides extra complexity and roundness.
Nadal Chardonnay has a straw yellow color with golden hues. The nose shows aromas of white fruit, citrus, peach, tropical fruit, vanilla, butter and toasty notes. The taste is full, round and well balanced with a fresh taste, mineral acids, ripe fruit and a long, pleasant aftertaste.

This Chardonnay is perfect to serve as an aperitif, with fish dishes, shellfish, risotto, pasta with cream sauce, white meat and goat cheese.
