Fleury Champagne is a family-owned champagne house based in the village of Courteron, in the Côte des Bar region of Champagne, France. Founded in 1895, the house is known for its organic and biodynamic approach to winemaking, which it adopted in the 1980s.
Today, Fleury is one of the few Champagne houses to produce wines exclusively from its own vineyards, which are spread across 15 hectares of premier and grand cru sites in the Aube region of Champagne. The house produces a range of champagnes, including non-vintage and vintage cuvées made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, as well as a unique rosé made entirely from Pinot Noir.
Fleury's champagnes are highly regarded for their depth, complexity, and individuality.
