The Cuvée Terres Beaujolaises comes from a plot in the municipality of St Etienne des Ouillères. This plot has been organically cultivated for more than 20 years.
The grapes are harvested by hand. After sorting, 50% of the grapes are put in barrels in their entirety, the rest is destemmed. Alcoholic fermentation and maceration take place in open wooden barrels for 22 days. This traditional Burgundian way of winemaking produces very airy wines, built in a spirit of fluidity and dynamism.
Maison Emmanuel Giboulot Terres Beaujolaises is dark red in color and has a firm structure. Wonderfully fruity and floral with fleshy and spicy notes.
