López de Haro Rioja Blanco is light straw yellow in color. In the scent ripe fruit, dates and banana notes that stand out in combination with the nuances of oak. In the mouth the wine is fresh and fleshy, with a long, balanced and pleasant finish.
Rioja Blanco is made from Viura and some other local grape varieties, from old vineyards established on poor soil in the area of San Vicente de la Sonsierra (La Rioja).
The grapes are picked by hand throughout October. From reception of the grapes in the cellar, one works with gravity. That means no pumps are used, which is better for the grapes and ultimately the wine. The wine is aged for 3 months in French oak barrels.

Delicious with paella, tapas, chicken with lemon, calamari and sea bass in a salt crust.
