Les Vignerons de Florensac Viognier is a fine and unctuous white wine, very fragrant, with apricot and gingerbread. Beautifully made and not an excessive Viognier. Its floweriness often gets in the way, but here it is neatly contained to keep the mood in it without any problems.
The Viognier grape variety, from the Rhône Valley, has been planted for ten years on the Florensac terroir and surprises with its golden color and richness.

Les Vignerons de Florensac is a cooperative of winegrowers from the area of Florensac in the Hérault. The cooperative approach enables the winegrowers to bundle their grapes and jointly produce high-quality wines. Les Vignerons de Florensac has access to several vineyards in the region, including those of the Picpoul de Pinet appellation, which is renowned for its white wines.
The winery produces a wide range of wines, both red, white and rosé, with different grape varieties such as Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, Mourvèdre and Vermentino (Rolle) for the white wines. They strive to preserve the quality and typicality of each grape variety and strive for a good value for money for their wines.
