Les Enracinés Macon Chardonnay
Les Enracinés Macon Chardonnay is an organic pure, fresh and floral wine with notes of hawthorn. In the mouth mineral and slightly salty.
Half an hour in the carafe at about 12 degrees and you will experience a thick creamy quality Burgundy. Green apple, peach, a little butter, but especially lime impression and tight acidity do it.
If you serve it on the cool side, it shows its mineral, almost Chablis-like side.
This Mâcon comes 100% from the village of Chardonnay where its grape variety of the same name (Chardonnay) is grown there. Cultivated since the 11th century by the monks of Cluny. The spirit for this wine is the image of this terroir, where these men and women, "rooted" in the land where they were born, cultivate their vines with passion.
This is a 100% original wine vinified and bottled without the addition of sulfites. Burgundy winemaking in stainless steel tank, after fermentation, the wine matures for 6 months on fine lees.
