Les Bertrand Morgon Bio Dynamite is clear, ruby red in color. Intense aromas of berries, cassis and wild flowers on the nose. The taste palette features ripe small red-black fruit, a hint of cocoa and a refined spiciness, which are accompanied by soft tannins and fresh acids in the mineral aftertaste.

After a strict and selective manual harvest, the grape bunches are destemmed. The grapes then undergo temperature-controlled (10 to 12°C) alcoholic fermentation (macération carbonique) on concrete cuvées, unbruised and without the addition of sulfur. After 20 to 25 days, the pressing takes place and the young wine is transferred by gravity to older oak barriques, where it undergoes malolactic fermentation. After maturing for 9 months, the wine is assembled and bottled by gravity without filtering and adding sulfur. This entire process follows biodynamic rules and regulations.
