Les Bertrand Beaujolais OH! is a delicious, fruity wine that is perfect for a relaxing evening. The wine is made from Gamay grapes from the Beaujolais region of France. The wine has a bright, ruby red color and aromas of red fruit, flowers and spices. The taste is fresh and fruity, with lively acidity and soft tannins. The wine has a round, smooth aftertaste.

The grapes come from a plot of 0.75 hectares, with 40 to 70 year old vines. They are harvested by hand in September. After a strict selection, the bunches left intact are given a cold soak for several days. The bunches are then allowed to undergo alcoholic fermentation with wild (grape's own) yeasts in a sealed concrete tank at a controlled temperature (10 to 12°C). After approximately 15 days, pressing takes place and the young wine is transferred to a concrete cuvee for malolactic fermentation and maturation. After 7 months the wine is bottled unfiltered without the addition of sulfur. This entire process is biodynamic.
