The grapes are gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures, which allows the wine to retain its intense aromas. Delicate scents of acacia, peach, apricot, citrus and a hint of honey unfold in the nose.
The taste is fresh and mineral with a pleasant round texture. The fruity aromas return on the palate, accompanied by subtle hints of almond and toast. The finish is long and persistent, with a tingling minerality that emphasizes the freshness.
