Le Marie Rosso Debarges has a ruby red color with slight garnet reflections. The consistency is good, in line with the high extract content of this wine. Floral sensations in the nose, with notes of rose and violet, even wilted, fruity notes of wild strawberries, raspberries and cherries, spices, chocolate, cloves, black pepper, nutmeg, cloves. The tertiary aromas are clearly visible thanks to the long stay in the wood.
After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged for three months in large wooden barrels.
Excellent as an aperitif and in combination with meat dishes such as stewed meat or game dishes. This wine also goes well with aged cheeses.
