Las Niñas Mapuche Cabernet Sauvignon Syrah

Las Niñas Mapuche Cabernet Sauvignon Syrah is a Chilean red wine from the Colchagua Valley. The wine is a blend of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Syrah grapes that grow on volcanic soils at an altitude of 1,200 meters above sea level.

The wine has a deep ruby red color. The nose is complex with aromas of black fruits, such as blackberries, plums and cherries, combined with notes of herbs such as licorice, eucalyptus and cedar. In addition, subtle hints of coconut and cedar can also be recognized. The taste is full, rich and complex, with a good balance between fruit, acids and tannins. The wine has a long, persistent aftertaste.

Wine - Food pairing

Las Niñas Mapuche Cabernet Sauvignon Syrah is a versatile wine that pairs with a wide range of dishes. The wine is perfect with hearty meat dishes, such as beef, lamb and game, but also with rich pasta dishes and cheese.

Las Niñas Mapuche Cabernet Sauvignon Syrah

Las Niñas Mapuche Cabernet Sauvignon Syrah is a delicious Chilean red organic wine from Viña Las Niñas from Chile. This wine is made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah grapes.

Recommended serving temperature between 16°C and 18°C.

Viña Las Niñas

Vina Las Niñas is a wine company in the Apalta Valley of Chile. The winery was founded in 1997 by three French families, who fell in love with the region during a trip to Chile. The vineyard is named after the families' three daughters.

In the local indigenous dialect, Apalta means “earthquake”, the land itself is shaped like a small horseshoe-shaped valley. Sheltered in the North, East and West by hills, up to a height of about 600 meters and bathed in the gentle breeze that blows between the mountain range of the Andes and the South Pacific. The Tinguiririca River marks the end of the valley south of Apalta. This river regulates the temperature and supplies the necessary water for irrigation. The soil is partly sandy clay, but also with a rocky volcanic mixture in other places, with average summer temperatures of around 23°C.

Little by little, Las Niñas has come to better understand the terroir to ensure the production of top quality grapes, allowing them to produce some of the most remarkable wines in Chile.
