The grapes grow in east-oriented vineyards on the foothills of the Dentelles de Montmirail. The Mistral wind provides cooling and ventilation in the vineyards, creating a healthy climate that makes the use of chemicals unnecessary. In addition, the grapes retain their freshness.

After manual harvesting, the juice undergoes a long fermentation of 5 to 6 weeks. A maturation of 8 months on the lees, in concrete cuves, makes the wine softer and rounder without losing its freshness and juicy fruit. The wine has a rich, inviting nose with aromas of exotic fruit, blossom and subtle mineral notes. Juicy and refreshing in taste with notes of ripe yellow fruit, acacia honey, herbs, juicy acidity and a nice minerality.
