Domaine La Croix Gratiot is a family-owned winery of approximately 30 hectares on the Etang de Thau lake in the Languedoc, with full influence from the Mediterranean Sea. The Mediterranean climate ensures that the grapes can fully ripen and further develop their characteristics during the winemaking process.
The wines of La Croix Gratiot have the expressiveness of the Languedoc, but are at the same time refined and balanced. A wine from her never feels heavy.
Each Cuvée excels in purity, minerality and elegant fruit. A stream crosses the vineyard, its banks covered with a wide variety of shrubs that help preserve biodiversity. Nature and the environment are respected and worked in harmony with. Mechanical weeding is preferred over the use of chemicals. On certain plots, every second row is grazed.
