La Croix de la Residence Sauvignon is bright greenish yellow in color. with citrus, gooseberries and notes of fresh apple peel, a mouth-purifying taste in which the odor characteristics return and the fresh acidity provides a pleasantly long taste.
The Sauvignon Blanc grapes specially selected for this wine come from various vineyards in the Pays d'Oc and just beyond. They are harvested early in the morning and pressed immediately. After a cold soak to stabilize the must and allow it to settle naturally, fermentation takes place. To preserve the crisp fresh fruit characteristics, the wine ferments in stainless steel fairly cool between 15 and 17°C and the wine then remains in contact with the fine sediment for a short period of time to build up extra complexity and oxygen resistance.
Fine wine as an aperitif, on the terrace, on the beach, at receptions, parties, gourmets, barbecues with fish and other delicacies from the sea, but also at country buffets, picnics and lunches, with mixed salads and or light meats.
